Brighton Local Rewards terms

1. Joining is free. One membership per person and email address.
2. You earn 10 points for a visit to a participating business, plus 5 the first time you visit a business. One check-in per business per day, up to 4 check-ins a day. Your phone must show you at the business when you check in.
3. Points are for visits. A business may ask you to make a purchase before you scan its code; it will say so on its poster.
4. Rewards are offered and honored by the participating business, while it takes part and while supplies last. The reward’s details are shown before you use it.
5. Points have no cash value and can’t be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash.
6. Scanning a code away from the business, using more than one membership, or other misuse can lead to removal from the program and loss of points.
7. Brighton City Guide may change the points, rewards or these terms, or end the program. Changes are posted on this page.
8. We keep your email address, points and visits to run the program, and use your email only for sign-in codes unless you also ask for our news. We don’t sell your information.
